FATE vs Shark Boom
FATE
FATE is kind of like the spiritual successor of the successful dungeon crawling franchise, Torchlight. Return to the glorious days of action RPGs by diving into the game's procedurally-generated dungeons, slaying monsters, stuffing loot into your backpacks, and developing your character from a scrawny adventurer into a battle-hardened one. You can also have fun with the game's trading system or you can simply try your luck with the NPC shopkeepers in the town of Grove. Like Torchlight, you can even adopt a pet - a dog or a cat - and evolve it into stronger creatures.FATE is the very first of an incredible series that doesn't only allow you to relive classic action RPGs, but also bring back feelings of nostalgia so strong that you might just cave in to your emotions. So, if you love dungeon crawlers, you'll want to grab this game for your Steam library.
Shark Boom
Shark Boom is more similar to Piggy Boom than Pirate Kings mainly because this game provides players with adorable 3D cartoon pets to collect. However, unlike Piggy Boom, these pets are mostly aesthetic in nature and won't be much help during a battle. That said, the gameplay in Shark Boom is pretty familiar especially if you've played Pirate Kings or Piggy Boom. Basically, what you'll need to do is to spin the wheel. The wheel will then decide whether you'll get to take an action, such as attacking other players' islands, or collect freebies like extra coins, spins and more. There are plenty of islands for you to build up in this game, and each of them have their own unique themes, ranging from the Ice Age to Jurassic World. The game also offers revenge attacks so make sure to have your base shielded up after an attack spree.
Shark Boom is definitely a great alternative game to play if you enjoy games like Pirate Kings, Piggy Boom or any other games like it.
