In this game, you play the role of a chieftain of a small Viking village on an island in the far north. Develop your village and your army to assert your power on the realm and make any potential invader think twice about angering you! You can also send your heroes off on expeditions across the world and bring home the riches to be shared with your people. You can even band together with friends in tribes and coordinate your war campaigns.Although it may not be as great as the other Cultures game series, Cultures Online tried its hardest and had made a pretty decent effort at it. Total War Arena is a unique arena-based real-time strategy game that lets you enjoy the thrill of medieval warfare in a multiplayer setting. The game pits teams of players, each controlling 3 battalions of troops that they have customized themselves, against each other on beautifully-designed maps in hopes of capturing the other side’s base.Featuring an in-depth and strategic gameplay where team coordination, troop formations and clever planning are the keys to victory, Total War Arena is a free-to-play title that will definitely make its "parent franchise" proud! Aside from epic battles, the game also has plenty of units and unit upgrades for you to unlock. The same goes for the various commanders they have to offer for each of the four major civilizations - Rome, Greece, Carthage and the Barbarian hordes.
Not to mention, the game is published by Wargaming who, by today's standards, have perhaps the most fair matchmaking system there is in competitive gaming. The game itself is fair to the free-to-play players as well since everything in the game, aside from cosmetics, can be purchased using either game currency or premium cash.
