Day R Survival is a survival-themed, adventure-RPG set in a post-nuclear USSR that may bring to mind a slightly shallower (in terms of storyline) but more modern-looking version of old-school Fallout games. The game boasts of being a hardcore game as you will actually need to take into account various character-killing factors, including diseases or an infected wound, in addition to contending with the detrimental effects caused by radiation, hunger and thirst.There is a pretty in-depth crafting system as well, allowing you to make weapons, clothes and even transport (for faster traveling) by simply scavenging and collecting the parts you need.
