Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is the highly anticipated sequel in the Deus Ex franchise. The game is very similar to its predecessors in many ways - you still get to make important, story-changing decisions, meet some interesting characters, have fun with a wide range of augments, and enjoy an amazing stealth-based gameplay. That said, it does have some unique aspects like overloading your augs, though personally, I don't bother to use it; and also the revamped hacking system. I also like the game's loading screen when you're supposedly travelling from one location to another. It's a very nice touch.

However, many fans are rather disappointed with the story and side missions in this game. Some are pretty good and well-fleshed out admittedly, but many of them seem to not have any effect on the game or the storyline itself... like mere fillers. Most of the characters that you meet in this game is a lot less important than before as well.

Apparently, the game was also cut down to meet the launch deadline, and this makes the game feel incomplete to some extent. Although this game seems to fall short for many fans of the game, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is still a pretty good sequel especially for players who are in for the action and well, part of the storyline. For the other part, you'll just have to wait for its DLCs.

N.O.V.A. 2

N.O.V.A. 2 is the exciting sequel to a pretty popular FPS game series. Set in a time 6 years after humanity has successfully repelled the Judger invaders, another more devious, telepathic alien race, the Volterites, arrived under a banner of peace but had brainwashed a majority of the human race into thinking they are some kind of deity who had come to create a Utopian world that humans deserved.

Join Kal Wardin once again as he tries to fight to free humans from the corrupting mind control the aliens have imposed on mankind, reunite humanity to rise up against the Volterites and potentially find out what these aliens have in plan for the humans they control.

N.O.V.A. 2 basically retained everything that had made the original game so popular among fans of the FPS genre. Although it's not exactly an innovative sequel, it is still a pretty nice addition to the franchise and well, you get to enjoy a brand-new storyline.

That said, N.O.V.A. 2 is no longer available. If you're interested, you can get N.O.V.A. 3 instead or browse through the list of alternative games below.
