Game Dev Tycoon is a fun tycoon game where you get to experience growing a start-up into a successful games company. Here, you not only can enjoy managing your team of game developers; you'll even have the freedom to create a game that you like by simply mixing and matching genres, engines and platforms, and by determining development priorities. There are many different successful genre combinations for you to discover along the way as well and from time to time, you'll be surprised with events that change the public perception of your game. Even a previous successful franchise can fall flat if you don't take into account feedback from your players.Aside from letting its players strive for the "indie to triple A" experience, Game Dev Tycoon does give players a very nice insight into the ins-and-outs of a typical games company as well as into the history of games (game platforms in particular) in an entertaining way. SimCity 3000
SimCity 3000 is a pretty old-school version of SimCity. However, aside from the aging graphics, the game is still pretty fun to this day. The game provides you with 13 challenging scenarios to play in or you can simply hop into its sandbox mode and enjoy building a city whichever way you like. There are also "fun" (for you) disasters that you can unleash onto your poor Sims, obliberating homes and high-rise buildings alike. With more buildings (landmarks specifically) than ever, SimCity 3000 is a great step-up from the previous and is a testament to the old-school version of SimCity... and well, just in case you have an insatiable craving to play an older version of the SimCity, SimCity 3000 is a game you can play.Platforms
