Halo: Combat Evolved is the game that started it all. Set in the far future where humanity has colonised the stars and expanded into the galaxy to claim its place. Here they fall under attack from the united alien races of the Covenant and the planet Reach is destroyed. One lone ship survives, and on that ship is a Spartan, a genetically modified super soldier. Here you meet the Master Chief for the first time, and set out on one of the biggest and best sci fi shooter games of all time.

The Halo Ring beckons where you will discover a terrible threat, fight off the Covenant and set out on a path that will determine the fate of not only humanity, but the Galaxy at large. Rigid Force Alpha is a 3D side-scrolling arcade shooter (shoot 'em up) where you assume command of one of the most advanced technologies the United Planet Freedom Forces (UPFF) has ever had. Featuring tons of exciting enemies and challenging bosses, this game provides you with many fun ways to blast various colored projectiles be it amplifying your attack power and allowing you to shoot at the enemies behind you using Force Shards or unleashing your charged attack after collecting sufficient energy orbs from fallen enemies. You can even use Bullet Blade to protect your ship from a hail of projectiles, as long as you have the energy to spare.

In addition to an intriguing, albeit generic, storyline where UPFF's top-secret research facilities are sending out distress signals, Rigid Force Alpha also has two other game modes which will be unlocked as you progress in the main mission and a nice range of difficulty levels.
