With the Peep Designer, you can even create your own people and their personalities so you can watch their reactions to the coaster you've built when they are riding it or when they are exploring the wild safari you've set-up. Theme Hospital is a timeless and fun simulation game where you - obviously - manage a virtual hospital of your own. Turn the failing hospital around and help the sick that came to your hospital for aid as much as you help line your own pockets. As you might expect, the game also has plenty of the hospital drama that you might have seen in TV shows - the rush of a last-minute save or that nasty gossip floating around about the doctor and his nurses; some of which are depicted in the game in a rather humorous way. There are even some really funny diseases and diagnosis in this game.
