Shooting Sky is possibly the first of its kind - a completely-3D, space arcade shooter! The game doesn't really feature any storyline per se, but you'll get to pilot a rather cool spacecraft and shoot pretty lasers at things, be it space monsters, asteroids or anything that floats in your way, really. Naturally, you'll also be able to upgrade your spacecraft to enhance its monster-killing potential.

Due to its 3D looks, it might be a bit harder to get used to at first, but once you get over all of that, you'll truly appreciate how different the game feels. Boss battles just feel a whole lot more intense and the bullet-storm you unleash feels just so satisfying. Not to mention, the game allows competitive play as well, so get ready to challenge your friends to beat your highest score.

Previously known as Astro Blitz Wings, Shooting Sky dares to innovate a classic genre and I'd say that its leap of faith paid off pretty well. The game is as fun as its trailer made it out to be, and it is able to give you a whole new perspective on the space arcade shooter genre. It doesn't get any better than that!
