Angry Birds Match adds a different twist to the usual slingshot-based gameplay that the Angry Birds franchise is incredibly renowned for. In this brand-new spin-off, Rovio delivers a whole new match-3 adventure where you'll not only need to organize the Hatchlings' party but also to protect it from the mischievous pigs. Mix and match up tons of cakes and party decor to solve the many and varied puzzle levels available. You can also bring out the big boys a.k.a. the Angry Birds like Red, Chuck, and Bomb with a match-4, and use explosive Boosters to clear the toughest levels. The best part of this game though, aside from the fact that you can play this game completely offline, is definitely the crazy-cute Hatchlings that you can collect. You can even visit them and put on the new outfits you've unlocked!Angry Birds Match may have done a complete 360 on the iconic gameplay that had made the franchise famous, but this isn't exactly their first attempt at doing so - There's an Angry Birds-themed racing game called Angry Birds Go! after all. That being said, this new game does help Rovio experiment with various other game genres just to see which new field they can expand the franchise into... and apparently, the casual match-3 genre is a pretty good bet.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is a heartwarming puzzle-adventure game that details the perilous journey of two brothers who are on a quest to find and bring back the "Water of Life" to their ailing father. Aside from being incredibly tear-jerking, especially for players who have brothers whom they deeply love, the game also features a unique cooperative gameplay in a single player format that will require you to control both brothers, usually at the same time, to solve a puzzle... though at times, you may need to separate the brothers so that they can both proceed to the next part of the story. The story in this game is also not shown through a wall of text or dialogue but instead, the emotions and are poignantly displayed through the actions of the characters and the visualization of their thoughts such as the part where they saw their dead mother.With gorgeous graphics, melodious music, a stunning world, and quirky characters, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons single-handedly proved that games can be an art-form.
