Borderlands 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the popular first game, Borderlands. This time around, the game brings a whole different storyline, starring the charismatic and cunning but equally as whacky CEO of Hyperion, Handsome Jack as the villain. Featuring all new characters/vault hunters and classes, you'll get to dive, once again, into the world of Pandora. Armed with more weapons that you can use, you're hell-bent on exacting your revenge on Jack and will shoot-down any enemy creature or people alike that stand in your way. There are even more loot to be had too - there are shields, grenades, relics, class mods and more for you to loot and then use to augment your character.

If you love Borderlands, you'll love Borderlands 2 even more! It has been dubbed as the best game in the series mainly because of the huge amount of innovation it brings and this is a sentiment that we express as well... sorry Borderlands: The Pre-sequel! Deus Ex: The Fall

Deus Ex: The Fall is a mobile spin-off (but now it's available on PC, Steam specifically) of the brilliant Deus Ex franchise. However, as you might have expect from a mobile game/port, Deus Ex: The Fall is incredibly basic with very limited controls. You'll still get to play the way you like whether to go into combat head-on or stealthily, but it's just not as exciting or impactful (as claimed).

The background for the story in this game is somewhat all right I suppose. The game casts you into the role of Ben Saxon, a former British SAS-turned-mercenary with military-grade augments who is desperate to find out the truth behind the drug conspiracy involving the very drug that all augmented humans need to survive. However, many of the events that are supposed to push the story forward seems to fall short of doing exactly that, making these events rather meaningless. Unlike the non-spin-off games, the decisions you make in the game, however few they may be, doesn't feel important enough either. The game ends with somewhat of a cliffhanger, hinting at a sequel that will probably never come.

Deus Ex: The Fall may be a rather decent for a relatively unknown mobile game, but for a franchise as huge as Deus Ex, this game just seems to disappoint everyone. It's not a free-to-play either so if you saved up to buy this game, you might want to continue to save a bit more to get the other Deus Ex games (not the second game though) instead.
