Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a testament to how far the Counter Strike franchise had come... from its humble beginnings as a mod to now a thriving series with millions of players, a robust skins-trading market and a rather sizeable cut of the eSports pie. That said, the game offers fans and new players alike a much improved gameplay though most of the stuff in it is still pretty much the usual, familiar sort.
