Dungeon Fighter Online , developed by Neople, is a side-scrolling hack-and-slash-styled action RPG that doesn't only guarantee an intense retro-like gameplay, but also an epic storyline to boot. The game features 14 different classses, each of whom has their own stories to tell and can be further customized using a wide variety of dyes available. Classes are all well-balanced too, and even if they aren't, you can definitely expect a patch to be put in really quickly to make things fair for every player in the game.Inspired by games like Golden Axe, Double Dragon and Street Fighter, Dungeon Fighter Online provides you with that thrillingly-satisfying action-packed gameplay by adding in brilliant hit effects and incredible combos as you hack, slash, shoot, cast or punch your way through the game. Everything just feels fo fast-paced and fluid! There are also tons of fun and constant events to keep things fresh and exciting for both old and new players alike.
However, in order to prevent players from playing only 1 character exclusively, the game implements a Fatigue system which will boot you out to another character once you've spent around 2 hours plus on the previous one. There's a crafting system in this game as well, but this part of the game is, surprisingly, very easily to overlook since it's somehow not among the main aspects of the game.
That said, Dungeon Fighter Online is a pretty impressive MMO action RPG that is well-maintained and updated despite being run by a pretty small games company. The gameplay is as astounding for a side-scrolling hack-and-slash game as it can get and the anime graphics is as amazing as ever. This is definitely the sort of game fans of Elsword Online or other similar games would enjoy!

Evoland is a really unique RPG that traces the history of action and adventure games with references to the most famous RPGs and movies along the way.You get to start your journey in a 2D world with just two screen colors and poor pixel quality. As you continue to explore several locations, fight bosses and enemies, loot treasure chests and collect scattered cards, the game shifts from one era to another. You eventually get to play in a 3D world with amazing graphics and Final Fantasy type combat scenes. It is a really unique gameplay that includes RPG styled turn-based combat mode as well as hack and slash fighting.
