Horizon Source vs Last Battleground: Survival
Horizon Source
Horizon Source is a battle royale game that many have dubbed as being the ultimate blend of PUBG, Fortnite and Overwatch... though graphics-wise, Fortnite is definitely the major influence. Similar to most games in the genre, you'll be dropped into a map where you'll then battle against other players in hopes of ending up being the last man standing. You can also build structures much like in Fortnite and resources are pretty much plentiful in the game. The gameplay feels a lot better as well - expect to be rewarded with more kills for having a good aim. However, unlike the others, this game only has a 4-man team-based game mode so you can't really play the game solo as of yet. There are other game modes as well, including a zombie mode, but these aren't ready so far. Interestingly, the game also gives you the option of playing in first or third person view. Naturally, playing in third-person can be more advantageous to you since you can see your surroundings better. There are no drivable vehicles in this game though.
Despite the many random bugs, lack of an EU server, some character balancing issue, and broken English, Horizon Source seems to be a real contender on PC against established battle royale titles like PUBG and Fortnite. The game can be incredibly addictive and fun to play. So, if you enjoy playing battle royale games, Horizon Source is a game you'll want to try!
Last Battleground: Survival
Last Battleground: Survival is a mobile battle royale game where players will compete to be the last man standing. Each match will start with 32 players parachuting on to a deserted island where they will need to quickly find weapons and items like armor and med kits to ensure their subsequent survival during shootouts. The map will gradually shrink as well, forcing players into a smaller and smaller safe zone, guaranteeing more skirmishes that will eliminate the players until there is only one left.In many ways, Last Battleground: Survival may remind players of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds not only because of its somewhat similar title, but also through its graphical style and game design. However, the catch here is that this is possibly the best battle royale game on mobile, despite still being in early access, so far.
