Oinky Tonk vs Piggy Boom
Oinky Tonk
Oinky Tonk is a casual game where you get to spin a wheel to decide whether you can attack another player, build your island, or plunder others' islands for money to fund the construction/decoration efforts for your island. There are, naturally, many islands that you will be able to progress to and eventually own. However, you can, in turn, be attacked (destroying some of the stuff you've built) and plundered (lose your cache of cash) as well so it would be wise to have shields on at all times. You can perform retaliatory attacks, thankfully, but this only works if your enemy doesn't have a shield on, obviously.
Generally, this game's gameplay is pretty similar to Pirate Kings and many other casual "Spin the Wheel"-type games, including its adorable graphics and fancy animation effects, and hence, Oinky Tonk would serve as a great alternative game to play.
Piggy Boom
Piggy Boom is one of those "Spin-the-Wheel"-type game where you will, obviously, spin the wheel, and see what action you can take, be it attacking your fellow players, setting up a shield for your own island, or getting more spins, coins or other power-ups. With a gameplay like Pirate Kings, the game has similar features as well. You'll get to build and develop various themed islands that you'll have to defend against attacks. You can even launch a revenge attack against anyone who has plundered your coffers. However, unlike the other similar games in this new genre, Piggy Boom stands out by having 2 additional features - a pet collecting system where the pets can actually serve to help you defend your island; and also a mining system that places you in the role of a miner who is digging for gold.
With more adorable graphics and engaging new features, Piggy Boom is definitely the more entertaining game than the simpler ones like Pirate Kings. Don't believe me? Well, play the game now and experience it yourself!
