Pictionary vs Pictoword
Pictionary
Pictionary was the first game of its kind that has a gameplay where players have fun drawing and guessing what each other has drawn. However, its move to digital media has been a tad bit slow, especially considering how popular Zynga’s Draw Something was way… back then. That being said, Pictionary does add something new to the genre to make itself stand out.Aside from the usual gameplay of draw-and-guess, Pictionary has a special game mode called Think Fast where you'll be competing against another player to guess the same word from the same drawing for 5 consecutive rounds. Naturally, time is of the essence. The one who guessed correctly first will be able to proceed to the next round more quickly and will likely be able to finish the whole match first. The game also allows you to link up your game account with your Facebook account so you can challenge your friends to a friendly word-guessing match.
Pictionary is a pretty fun word-guessing game that allows you to come up with creative ways to draw the words you get. It’s definitely a decent and less-crowded alternative to Draw Something.
Pictoword
Pictoword is a simple picture-based word puzzle game to get into but the puzzles can get quite tricky especially once you reached the later levels. How do you play? Well, unlike 4 Pics 1 Word which uses 4 pictures to let you guess the mystery word, this game only uses 2. You'll need to first name the action, scene or items in the pictures and then combine those 2 words into a single word. There may be some overlapped letters but generally you should be able to figure out the mystery word once you've named the 2 clues.Pictoword is also pretty social in the sense that like 4 Pics 1 Word, you can post a puzzle that has stumped you on your Facebook account and ask for help from your friends and family. So, if you're looking for an alternative game like 4 Pics 1 Word, Pictoword is a pretty nice choice.
