Pirate 101 is another amazing kid-friendly MMORPG by KingsIsle, where you get to recruit your own crew, buy and upgrade your magnificent ship, plunder other players’ ships and find chests of buried treasure. The story in this game and its characters are also both humorous and entertaining, making its quests such a joy to complete. There are so many character classes for you to choose from and you can even get cool pets and mounts in this game. Best yet, you can also have awesome sky battles with the armada and earn yourself a reputation as the most fearsome pirate captain that had ever lived. Shaiya may be a dated MMORPG with some old-looking graphics, but the gameplay the game has to offer is rather unique. Questing can be pretty fun albeit a bit grindy, while the PvE and PvP aspects of the game are pretty well-done (as in “fun and challenging”). There are also plenty of random events to keep things interesting in the game such as the battleground call-to-arms. For those crazy fellas who can’t resist a challenge, there’s even the ultimate mode that you can enjoy.
