Undertale is a rather unique RPG mainly because unlike most RPG which "encourages and promotes" violence, this game strives to be different; to be better by allowing you to use whatever persuasive skills you have to negotiate out of danger. Considering that the game is set in an underground world full of monsters, this is something you'll need to pretty often, but of course, if you want to do some killing, you can still do so. As it's not exactly the focus point of the game, the combat system is fairly simple and yet decent.
