Aside from the improved musical scores, the graphics in the game has also been updated to match with the times, with not only a day and night cycle (you'll get a flashlight for navigating at night) and weather patterns, but also advanced, dynamic and incredibly realistic effects.If you truly want to try out Myst, this is without a doubt the version that you should get. It's just so much better than the original in so many ways and most importantly, it lives up to the original's legacy.
Thief
Thief is a stealth-based RPG where you assume the role of the Master Thief, Garrett. Although he has been relying on his skills to survive so far, the revolution that threatens to break the gates, unleashing a bitter and bloody conflict between the upper classes and the common folk, will upend his life and force him to finally choose a side. With Garrett's wide arsenal of skills and tools at your disposal, you'll need to covertly infiltrate mansions, sneak across rofftops, and take out unwitting guards quickly and silently. The AI in the game is rather clever as well and are very well-aware of their surroundings, giving the game a higher degree of difficulty than you might expect.Every aspect in the game caters to the art of stealth, be it sneaking along a wall or quietly wringing a poor guard's neck. So, if you enjoy stealth-based games, you'll definitely love Thief.
