Sid Meier's Civilization III is a compilation of the third iteration of the award-winning grand strategy game franchise, Civilization, as well as all its associated DLCs, namely the updated and enhanced multiplayer expansion in Civ 3: Play the World and new civilizations, scenarios, and features in Civ 3: Conquests. The game definitely improved on its predecessor by a mile, providing players with basically more ways to play. Travian Legends is a medieval-themed MMO strategy game developed by Travian that's quite similar to their other strategy game, Travian: Kingdoms. In this game, you'll play the role of the leader of either the Gauls, the Romans or the Teutons and set off to build up your village in order to turn it into a formidable stronghold to anchor your growing empire to. Resources will also need to be managed so that your empire's growth will increase at the same rate as your village upgrades. Not to mention, there are tons of research that you can even conduct to discover new technologies that can help to either improve your empire's economy or its military strength. As a bonus, there are quests you can complete, achievements to earn and heroes to recruit as well.In many ways, Travian Legends is quite similar to other MMO strategy games that have taken over the browser-based games platform but the game itself is developed by one of the most reputable leaders in web-based MMOs so you should also take that into account when you're looking for a long-term game to play.
