Mad Father is a rather terrifying horror-adventure game where you play as the young girl Aya who has lost her mother and is currently living with her dad. However, during the night of her mother's death anniversary, she was startled awake by her dad's screams and found that, somehow, the home she now lives in is filled with the undead and other unimaginable horrors. With her father's assistant, Maria, by her side, will they be able to escape these unholy creatures and perhaps save her father?The game has garnered plenty of critical acclaim mainly because of the incredible yet uncomfortable (the story was written by a Japanese) plot twists and partly because the game itself contains plenty of really terrifying jumpscares that will make you jump at least an inch off your seat.The voice acting and sound effects are amazing too as they managed to make the already scary game even more immersively creepy with echoes of perverted laughter and screams.
