Doom follows the footsteps of its revolutionary predecessor, the game that had pioneered the genre of first person shooters. The Doom franchise is one of the most iconic shooters of all time and have paved the way to the many epic shooters that we get to play today. This latest resurrection of Doom definitely pays homage to the timeless classic and also give modern-day shooters a nod of respect as to how far they have come. This is certainly a game you'll want to get if you're a fan of frantic shooter games like the Serious Sam franchise.
Silent Hill 4: The Room
Silent Hill 4: The Room is the fourth and final installment of the main Silent Hill series (that is made by the original Silent Hill team). In this game, you play as Henry Townshend who found himself locked in his apartment that happened to be cursed by a malevolent evil. Due to this, strange stuff began to happen not only to him but also to the other residents in the apartment, teleporting him to a variety of different areas like a forest, a prison and even a hotel, and throwing tons of unimaginable creatures and the undead to stop his (and your) progress as he sought to escape from the hellish nightmare he seemed to be trapped in. However, as he overcame challenges after challenges, he may eventually find out the truth behind all of these.Silent Hill 4: The Room is an excellent end to a franchise that was so greatly loved by many. However, that's not the end though. The game has been picked up by another team and more Silent Hill may still be produced.
