Endless Space 2 is the sequel to the much loved 4X game, and once more you are off to a far flung galaxy where you are bound to shape the destiny of one of several races. Choose your race and enter into a galactic conflict where you must build your civilization, military and technology to the point where you can dominate. Alternatively win the tech race or use diplomacy to rule supreme in a turn based game full of beautiful locations and exciting gameplay.This stunning game has a huge amount of content for you to enjoy, with 4 player action, lots of races, technology and ways to win to enjoy and a simply amazing styling this is a complete game. Not to mention a fun setting and storyline where you can become immersed in the deep and fulfilling world of the developers. A brilliant game full of action this is a really great place to be.
Insidia
Insidia is a free-to-play, turn-based, tactical game that has you taking 4 different fighters into battle to destroy the opponents 3 towers that represent their life bar. Currently in development by Bad Seed, Insidia is in open beta for the moment and is considered an Early Access title on Steam, so it isn’t quite perfect just yet, but the developers have the full intentions on getting the maximum amount of potential out of this one. The game does have some nice ideas and is definitely a unique twist for the turn-based tactics genre (having simultaenous turns and all, much like Atlas Reactor), it just needs some serious refinement, that’s all. There needs to be more characters, their animations need to be a little more polished, and the attacks need to have some decent impact behind their sounds, but the overall experience in the game is a positive one and does make for a fun couple of games here and there.Platforms
