Faeria vs The Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game
Faeria
Faeria is an MMOCCG that brilliantly blends the elements of traditional board games with turn-based tactical and strategic MMOs, set in a disc-world circled by Orobouros, the very first creature, albeit a serpent-like one, that the gods apparently have created. In this game, you will play against other champions or players on a unique, hexagonally-gridded battlefield where the different landscapes play an important role in determining your attack or defense strategy. There are a ton of collectible cards for you to collect and subsequently use to build a deck to bring to battle.Best yet, the game is incredibly easy to learn unlike a lot of the traditional MMOCCG/TCGs, even for players who are new to the genre, and most matches are fast-paced enough to be amazingly engaging, leaving you wanting to dive immediately into another match.
Due to the popularity of games like Hearthstone, similar games have been sprouting all over the internet, making the collectible cards market a tad bit difficult to break into. But with its unique look, feel and gameplay, Faeria is definitely among the few that managed to stand out!
