Flip the Gun is a fun arcade-like action game where you shoot a gun and use its recoil to push the gun upwards into the sky for as long as you can. Utilizing realistic gun physics, the gun may tumble and turn depending on the angle you fire it at. Not to mention, you cannot simply fire the gun as you wish - you only have so many bullets. Although you can still collect more ammo along the way, this can prove to be quite tricky since a recoil-charged gun can be hard to control. There are also power-ups as well. There's, for instance, a blue arrow power-up which will give your gun that extra boost so it can go a little bit higher.The game gives you a score depending on how far you manage to go as well as how well you do (how many coins you collected, for example). Your highest score will then be ranked on the leaderboard alongside other players'.
Overall, Flip the Gun is a surprisingly simple yet intricately complex game that is just so addictive to play. It may not be the next "Flappy Bird" but it comes quite close. The game is free on both Android and iOS.

Jetpack Joyride is a fun 2D arcade game that is somewhat similar to other auto-runner game except that in this game, you get to fly with a super awesome jectpack. However, the scientists you stole the jetpack from aren't too keen to letting you just have the device and have unleashed the full defensive force of their top secret lab on you. Have fun dodging dangerous lasers, rockets and more while collecting as many coins as you can. Suit up in an awesome mech or pilot a variety of crazy vehicles and jump right into the foray. The coins you get can even be invested into a range of upgrades for both your jetpack and your vehicles. Rack up as high a score as you can get and see how well you rank among your friends or on the global leaderboard!Jetpack Joyride is one of the most popular arcade game to have "made it" despite not being linked to any pre-existing (and usually rather massive) franchise. Frankly, this in itself is quite the impressive feat!
