Kingdom Hearts 2 vs Midnight Caravan
Kingdom Hearts 2
Kingdom Hearts 2 is a pretty old game but it is still very well-received sequel to the original Kingdom Hearts game. In this game, you play as Sora as he, Donald and Goofy continued their quest, starting from the small and quiet Twilight Town which straddles between night and day. Aside from the usual Disney worlds, you'll be treated to brand-new ones such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Beauty and the Beast, and Mulan. The game even boasts of having a much advanced and flexible combat system, allowing for powerful new combos and cooperative attacks. Not to mention, Sora now has a new "Drive" command that can change him into an array of new forms, modifying his skills and abilities as he morphs. Travel from world to world in style through the game's brilliant theme park-styled rides too!Kingdom Hearts 2 is an amazing game in its own right, and despite its age, the game still stands really well on its own until today. Midnight Caravan
Midnight Caravan is a visual novel that features fantastic hand-drawn art (there are some adult imagery - you've been warned!) and an intriguing storyline of seeking revenge against an unknown foe. In this game, you play as the victim of “fake news” in the Georgian era. With your new caravan of outcasts to protect, you’ve decided that enough is enough! You set off on a perilous journey to hunt down the mysterious Cassini, who has completely destroyed your previous life before he destroys this new life you’ve built for yourself as well.As the story progresses, you’ll be given decisions to make. Every choice you make will then change the path of the story, whether it is for better or worse. As with any visual novel or gamebook, there are many paths that will lead to your doom, so tread lightly and above all else, make your story count!
Midnight Caravan is a truly fascinating visual novel with a story that feels as though it came right out of a TV drama directed by Dan Brown. Following every lead and clue you get, you’ll slowly push back the fog shrouding the mysterious, and very malicious, Cassini, and finally, get the vengeance you so desire!
