Mass Effect 3 vs Space Engineers
Mass Effect 3
Mass Effect 3 is the last part of the Mass Effect trilogy where you'll be plunged into an epic, all-out intergalactic war in an attempt to take back the Earth from a supposedly unstoppable enemy. The game went all out in this game, flawlessly combining its fantastic interactive storytelling with intense and fast-paced gameplay where the decisions you make will have consequences that you will just have to live with.Similar to the previous games in this trilogy, you'll get to assemble an elite team of soldiers to aid you in your quest and it is entirely up to you, their commander, to decide how to approach a combat situation, be it opting for a frontal assault... Rambo-style, or trying to outwit the enemies by flanking or out-flanking them. Aside from some ranged shooting action, this time, you'll get a powerful omniblade that you can use in close-and-personal encounters with the enemy as well.
Mass Effect 3 provides a great ending to the Mass Effect trilogy, and is a game you should most definitely play if you want to get a complete story from its first game to the last. Thankfully though, BioWare agrees with its fans that it's a pity to just stop producing Mass Effect games and have released their latest game, Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Space Engineers
Space Engineers is an absolutely brilliant and incredibly in-depth sandbox game where you can build your space colony from the ground up, explore space and planets via open-world creative mode, survival mode or scenario-based campaigns, or enjoy some simple fun with other players its other multiplayer-oriented game modes like its racing game mode or its MMO shooter “capture the flag”-style mode.To sum it up, Space Engineers is truly a masterpiece of a very ambitious game especially considering its humble indie roots. The game seems to be a fun hybrid of Everspace, Minecraft, and Satisfactory, all of which are games that I’ve greatly enjoyed. However, I’d like to reiterate that playing the game in multiplayer mode with your friends is the way to go since single-player mode can feel rather boring.
All in all, this is the space game that players have always wanted… no, hungered for. If you liked what you’ve read, be sure to check the game out on Steam and maybe give the game a shot!
