With magic as the main way to uncurse buildings so you can restore them, you'll need to build a variety of magic-producing structures to collect magic from. Being a farm game, you can also plant, grow and harvest a variety of fictional crops - you're already growing stuff underwater... what you'd expect, right? - which you can then turn into other products like delicious beverages and foodstuff.
