The combat system in this iconic series has been reworked to fit its new gameplay, opting for a turn-based, rock-paper-scissors combat system that is the series' first. Best yet, you can even get into customizing the skills and attributes of the monster hatchlings you get by breeding. Shards of Magic is a free-to-play turn-based RPG that is published and developed by Reality Squared Game Co and is currently available for both Android and iOS devices. The game is the straightforward sort - you'll be managing and assembling a team of heroes to fight various enemies sent your way by the villain, Dusan, as you try to collect all the shards of a magical crystal (hence, the name) that were scattered across the realm to stop Dusan from getting his hands on that crystal and using it to destroy the world. There are tons of heroes for you to collect and upgrade, as well as plenty of events, both PvE and PvP ones, for you to enjoy.Aside from its fun gameplay, Shards of Magic also provides some stunning graphics and sound - though the voice acting may leave it slightly less desirable - that will accompany you along your perilous journey. This game is as solid a mobile MMORPG as it goes and if you love casual MMOs, this is a game you might want to play.
