Perfect World International vs TwelveSky 2: Rise of the Sky Clan
Perfect World International
Perfect World International is an oriental/Asian-themed MMORPG which features a massive world for you to explore as you contribute to the global effort to defeat the evil that is gradually tainting the land. Developed by one of China's biggest games publisher/developer, Perfect World, this game isn't exactly "new" by any definition but by being an "old-dog", the game can offer an incredible amount of content that new players won't be able to simply burn through within even a month of hardcore gaming. The game also has a ton of unique character classes that you can play as and there are a variety of cool weapons, armor and wings for you to collect. What's most amazing about this game is its massive PvP territory wars where each race battle one another to claim territories for their people.
Perfect World International is among the handful of old-school MMORPGs that have managed to not only stick around until this day and age (and for good reasons too!) but also managed to be relevant enough to its players so as to not lose its playerbase. So, if you're eager to try a classic Asian MMORPG, this is a great game to download.
TwelveSky 2: Rise of the Sky Clan
TwelveSky 2: Rise of the Sky Clan is a martial arts MMORPG that's set in a fictionalized Ancient China where four major clans, namely the Ancient Sky, the Imperial Dragon, the Royal Snake and the Fierce Tiger, battle for supremacy. Featuring a fun and flashy semi-action-based combat system, the game will have you joining one of these four clans and set off on a journey to train up your martial art skills by battling powerful monsters and helping the local folk. TwelveSky 2 also has an intricate election system which allow players to run for their respective clan's government provided that they have attained 1000 Contribution Points that are in turn earned by fighting for your clan. Like most MMORPGs, the game has a myriad of other interesting features as well, ranging from mounts and pets to amazing costumes, guilds and titles.Although TwelveSky 2: Rise of the Sky Clan may not be as graphically appealing as Blade & Soul or even Swordsman because of its age, it is still a pretty decent martial arts-themed game. The game's free so there's no harm in checking the game out if the game interests you.
