Sid Meier's Civilization IV is the fourth installment of the incredibly-successful grand strategy franchise, Civilization. In addition to the many features that had made the previous games great, this iteration brings the series to greater heights by adding in multiple improvements and new features, including new ways to play and win, tools to manage and expand your civilization, easy-to-use and more extensive mod capabilities as well as much more exciting and intense multiplayer modes. The graphics are so much better than Civ 3 though, there are still some flaws in this version, namely the relationship between nations (AI-played nations seem to get angry at you pretty easily) and the happiness level in the regions you control. That aside, Sid Meier's Civilization IV is a pretty awesome and older game to play, especially if you enjoy a deeper gameplay. Give it a try!
Stronghold 3
Stronghold 3 is an epic real-time strategy game which brings a unique storyline and vital decisions for you to make.You get to enjoy two storylines in the context of a rogue The Wolf and his nemesis The Boy. One story mode is based on military campaign that follows the war between the two arch rivals and the other is the economic campaign in which you get to build the villages devastated after the war, manage resources and increase production. You also get to enjoy epic multiplayer modes in which players battle it out to conquer each other’s castles. Moreover, the game also introduces weather changes and night modes which compel the players to make the strategic moves accordingly.
If you are a fan of castle management games with medieval warfare featuring catapults and strategic tactics, Stronghold 3 is the perfect real-time strategy game for you.
