4story is an MMORPG that’s pretty much the epitome of a cookie-cutter MMORPG as in it does absolutely nothing to innovate in the genre but instead it takes all the core concepts of the genre and further refines them to an excessive degree to create a brilliant game that is extremely fun to play and has a great sense of progression as you go through it. The game also has a huge world for you to explore, a variety of quests to keep you grinding away for levels and loot, as well as great combat mechanics that may not be completely action-based, but is not a hack-and-clash either.

Kritika Online is an impressive anime-themed MMORPG that's developed based on the the popular Kritika franchise. As opposed to having an open world for you to explore, the game utilizes stage-based and pretty linear “questing” zones which end with an epic boss fight... much like what Dragon Nest uses as a premise. Similarly, the game also provide players with action-packed and brilliantly-animated moves to fight various mobs with. There are even plenty of ways for you to advance your character besides simply leveling up, and an engaging storyline featuring a tyrannical villain to boot!
