Call of Duty: World at War
Call of Duty: World at War returns you back in time to WW2 and drops you into a more adult and darker themed game. Here you have all the shooting content you love with a great campaign and multiplayer set too.The campaign takes on 3 different aspects of the war, with you playing a Soviet Soldier, US Marine and British Gunner. Each of these campaigns features their storylines and you get to move around and fight in the battlefield with other characters that fight with you. In this new version of the game you also have a multiplayer co op mode where 2 people offline or 4 online can all complete the campaign missions together. The game also features 6 multiplayer games where you can earn ranking points and experience as well as take part in some of the fiercest and most loved FPS online gameplay.
War Rock
War Rock is a fairly decent free-to-play military-themed MMOFPS title that may look a bit old-school but is still pretty exciting to play. Thanks to the vast majority of game modes that can either be PvP focused or against AIs in PvE, the game is still going strong until this day and age. In terms of gameplay, it’s what you would except of your typical FPS, with a few changes here and there spread out across the board to make it a little more interesting for players to stick around. Let’s just say this, if you enjoy big-head mode in games, you’re going to love War Rock because there is plenty of that! While we do feel War Rock is worth a shot, the game is still pretty old-school and well, there are definitely a lot more (and better) F2P MMOFPS games out there if you just look hard enough for them. That said, if you love old-school, Counter Strike-like shooters, you may love this game.
