Dragon Ring is a browser-based, 3D MMORPG that is set in the brilliant yet strife-filled world of Nidia. With invaders on all sides, be it the massive spike of orc activity or the recent brazenness of pirates, the realm needs a hero more so than ever, especially one who can wield the power of a collection of powerful Rings. Featuring tons of quests, dungeons, arenas and fun events along with anh in-depth character development and customization, this is the sort of game that fans of JRPG-like games would enjoy.

Dragon Ring may have the best intentions of creating possibly among the first fully 3D MMORPG that you can play directly on your web browser, but unfortunately, poor implementation and optimization of the graphics and even its sound might be the downfall of this game. The gameplay itself isn’t exactly very unique either, which makes me feel like this game is more of a “proof of concept”-type of game rather than an actual game that human players would actually like to play.

Although I personally wouldn’t recommend sloughing through the game at its current conditions, you might still want to check this game out. The 3D part does really bring out many of the elements in the game and if you’re lucky, your game might not have lagged as much, making it a much more bearable gaming experience. Old School Runescape is the very first old-school version of Runescape, one of the largest and earliest 2.5D free-to-play MMORPG. For sentimental or nostalgic's sake, players can once again dive into the wonderful and expansive world of Gielinor. For players who have played Runescape back when it was "cool" before, they might already know about the funny quests that they get to enjoy, the extensive character customization and progression system, the robust and frankly thriving auction/trading system, the old-school crafting, fun group dungeons and the crazy ton of events and other content to keep you engaged for months on end. Oh and of course, the lose everything you are carrying if you die and couldn't make it back to your corpse in time before other players stumble on it and loot it.

The hardcore players of Runescape had to pressure Jagex to bring back the Old School Runescape once the game franchise has evolved so much to cater to the younger generation of players and in some way, we are glad they did. This game is a testament to how far Runescape as a franchise has come and not to mention, it's truly one of the best classic MMORPGs of all time. PvP Pets Old-School Fantasy Open World
