Dungeon Fighter Online vs World of Final Fantasy
Dungeon Fighter Online
Dungeon Fighter Online , developed by Neople, is a side-scrolling hack-and-slash-styled action RPG that doesn't only guarantee an intense retro-like gameplay, but also an epic storyline to boot. The game features 14 different classses, each of whom has their own stories to tell and can be further customized using a wide variety of dyes available. Classes are all well-balanced too, and even if they aren't, you can definitely expect a patch to be put in really quickly to make things fair for every player in the game.Inspired by games like Golden Axe, Double Dragon and Street Fighter, Dungeon Fighter Online provides you with that thrillingly-satisfying action-packed gameplay by adding in brilliant hit effects and incredible combos as you hack, slash, shoot, cast or punch your way through the game. Everything just feels fo fast-paced and fluid! There are also tons of fun and constant events to keep things fresh and exciting for both old and new players alike.
However, in order to prevent players from playing only 1 character exclusively, the game implements a Fatigue system which will boot you out to another character once you've spent around 2 hours plus on the previous one. There's a crafting system in this game as well, but this part of the game is, surprisingly, very easily to overlook since it's somehow not among the main aspects of the game.
That said, Dungeon Fighter Online is a pretty impressive MMO action RPG that is well-maintained and updated despite being run by a pretty small games company. The gameplay is as astounding for a side-scrolling hack-and-slash game as it can get and the anime graphics is as amazing as ever. This is definitely the sort of game fans of Elsword Online or other similar games would enjoy!
World of Final Fantasy
World of Final Fantasy lets you set off on an exciting adventure across a mysterious land along with two siblings in hopes of finding their lost memories and learning more about their past. There is a host of likeable characters to meet and interact with, some of which are the familiar Final Fantasy heroes that you've known and loved. Unlike the Final Fantasy formula used in most of their main games, the gameplay in this one is quite different. It is a lot like Pokemon where players get to collect, grow, evolve and battle iconic monsters, but here comes the twist - you battle by stacking these monsters to create strategic monster towers. There are several factors, namely the monsters' size, element and order, in combat that will determine your chances of victory and I'd say make the most of these and game the system. In fact, you can even ride the monsters you've caught as mounts to hasten your travels.World of Final Fantasy may be "merely" a spin-off game, but it is still a Final Fantasy game through and through. The art style and the characters that are in the game is a testament to that. The gameplay in this game is very innovative as well. So, if you think you'd like this game, you might want to check it out.
