Homeworld vs OGame
Homeworld
Homeworld is the remastered collection of a timeless classic which contains all remastered versions of the game as well as the classic versions. In some way, Homeworld plays out like EVE Online... if it's a an RTS game, that is. In this game, you'll get to build an armada of up to 100 spaceships of all types, shapes and sizes (that are unlocked through reseach), and battle enemies be it AIs or other players alike. The tactical and strategic depth provided in this game is simply incredible, allowing you to control every aspect of your fleet from its formation to flight tactics for individual battalions. This game also include a multiplayer mode which lets up to 8 players battle it out on any of teh game's 23 maps. Of course, you can choose any of the races in either Homeworld or Homeworld 2.
Honestly, we can't recommend Homeworld enough! This game is a classic through and through, and if you enjoy games of its genre, you simply must check this game out.
OGame
OGame may look very simple for a browser-based, space-themed MMO game, but it has plenty of fun features in store for you regardless of whether you are a hardcore player or a casual one. The game has been around for roughly more than a decade now, a fact which is testament to its appeal to the gaming community. The premise of this MMORPG is quite simple. You are a colonizer. You land your troops and society into a planet of your choosing, and then it is your job to mine that planet for resources to support your forces’ colonization and settlements. In addition, you have to manage those resources to both feed and support your fledgling settlements while also transforming it militarily until it becomes a force to reckon with.
OGame is definitely an ideal game for those who want to play an MMO without having to spend too much time on it. Best of all, you only need to sign up with your email and you're in!
