MapleStory is a free-to-play, 2D side-scrolling, anime-themed MMORPG that offers fun adventures across a vibrant and massive world along with adorable "chibi" characters and creatures. There are plenty of character jobs and factions that you can choose from before setting off into the world to complete quests, grind mobs and battle challenging bosses. Upgrade your characters often by increasing their equipments, skills, abilities and stats. Fancy adventuring in a cool outfit with a cute pet and mount by your side? MapleStory used to be incredibly popular because it was the first few free-to-play MMOs of its time, but now, it is still popular mainly because of the timeless classic that it is. Zenonia S: Rifts in Time

Zenonia S: Rifts in Time is an anime-inspired MMORPG title - the first of its kind - within the Zenonia game series. Apparently, Gamevil has given up adding numbers to their single-player Zenonia series and have created something of a spin-off MMO. Regardless of the major shift from single to multiplayer, the game still retains the charm that has rocketed the series to fame in the first place - it's Legend of Zelda-like experience albeit in a more anime format.

Being an MMO now, the game provids players with an online hub of sorts - a virtual town - to interact with each other and with various helpful NPCs including quest givers and PvP arena ringmasters. The game also features the usual hack-and-slash combat system, many character classes and pretty graphics.

Although it's nice that the game's now a multiplayer game, we feel like the game has not really made the most of its multiplayer function and had restricted itself in terms of the features that are available. Not to mention, having a great storyline has never been this series' storng suit and this weakness is very evident in this game.

All in all though, if you've always wanted to try an MMO version of Zenonia, this game definitely fit the bill in spite of some of its downsides. After all, it's a free game. So, download it today on your mobile devices and give it a try! Anime PvP
