Realm of Warriors vs Shadowbound
Realm of Warriors
Realm of Warriors is a Chinese-themed browser RPG where you’ll get to assemble a party of heroes to take on not only the rebel forces but also the Dragon Demon who is trying to break out from the Seal Tower and corrupt the world. Aside from pretty great graphics, a really nice soundtrack, and a fun gameplay, the game also has plenty of automation to go around, making it the perfect idle game to play on the side. The only unfortunate thing about this game is its incoherent storyline. It seems to try to squeeze in all the tropes you'd associate to a Chinese-themed MMO, greatly messing up the plot points that the story is trying to convey. However, if you plan on playing the game for the gameplay and not the story, then this can be a pretty decent browser MMO to play.
Shadowbound
Shadowbound is a browser-based MMORPG by R2 Games that provides players with a range of features that are customary in browser-based MMORPGs, such as item enhancement, all-powerful guardians and mercenaries that can be recruited to join your team, mounts, pets, PvE dungeons, PvP arenas, wings, auto-routing for quests, guilds, and auto-combat, as well as a cliche storyline. Like most of its simular games, you can expect tons of fun timely events to help break the monotony of simply leveling up and upgrading your team of characters. The thing is Shadowbound doesn't really offer something... anything... that can help it gain extra recognition from even among R2 Games' other casual MMOs. This is quite unfortunate because this is a rather decent browser MMOPRG. That said, if you are itching for a casual MMORPG to play, you might want to check out Shadowbound. It can definitely help you scratch that itch away.
