Sheltered is, in some way, a mixture of the survival management gameplay that Fallout Shelter has popularized and the emotional rollercoaster that This War of Mine puts you through, all rolled into a single game. In this game, you play as the protector of a family of four who managed to make their way to a deserted shelter in a dreary, post-apocalyptic world. Like Fallout Shelter, you can plan, build and expand your bunker to accommodate more facilities and resources you've scavenged from your daily expeditions above ground.

However, like This War of Mine, the game presents you with a ton of randomly selected scenarios, most of which will put you in a moral dilemma as you are forced to choose between forsaking your family's survival or your humanity/morality. As your bunker grows, you can also recruit more people to join you. Knowing who to trust enough to allow them access to your shelter is another dilemma that you'll probably need to face in this game.

Sheltered is the perfectly-designed game for players who find Fallout Shelter a bit too casual for their liking and This War of Mine a bit too restricted. Sphere - Flying Cities is a city-building game that’s somewhat similar to Frostpunk except that it has a sci-fi theme, and allows for more exploration. Set in a world devastated by an asteroid, the remnants of humanity has managed to invent an anti-gravity machine which allows them to levitate a chunk of earth’s surface and move that piece of floating island around a world enveloped by debris and other dangers.

Unfortunately, Sphere – Flying Cities falls short of what it aspires to be. The bugs and glitches aside, the gameplay here feels slow – very unlike the kind of urgency that Frostpunk offers, and the amount of player control over how many workers to assign to a facility is oddly restrictive for a city-builder. Personally, I would recommend keeping this game on your wishlist first and let the devs work on improving their game. Management Survival Post-Apocalyptic City Building
