The game not only let you build and design your own castle in its combat-free economic campaign; you also get to engage in medieval warfare against AI enemies in the game's single player campaigns or against up to 8 other players via the multiplayer mode online. You can even besiege actual historical castles, set up typical catle defenses to stump invaders and make sure your people are well-taken care of.

Stronghold is a classic when it comes to castle sims. In fact, until today, there still isn't any game that managed to achieve a similar depth in terms of its gameplay. Stronghold 3 is an epic real-time strategy game which brings a unique storyline and vital decisions for you to make.

You get to enjoy two storylines in the context of a rogue The Wolf and his nemesis The Boy. One story mode is based on military campaign that follows the war between the two arch rivals and the other is the economic campaign in which you get to build the villages devastated after the war, manage resources and increase production. You also get to enjoy epic multiplayer modes in which players battle it out to conquer each other’s castles. Moreover, the game also introduces weather changes and night modes which compel the players to make the strategic moves accordingly.
